docs(research): add the AV1 OBU-layout and mp4ff-audit notes, reconciled with the outcome

The deliverables of #47 and #48, which #46's decisions index has been linking to by path while they existed only in a working tree. Both are pre-decision notes, so each gains a dated Outcome block and in-body corrections where the outcome falsified them.

OBU layout (#47): the byte layout is unchanged and is now asserted by an mp4ff test, but go-608 no longer builds those bytes -- #50 chose to extend mp4ff and v0.55.0 ships av1.CreateCTA608MetadataOBU. References to carriage.t35Header are retargeted at sei.CTA608ITUData(), since that identifier no longer exists. Records the trailing_bits case the note did not reach (a payload byte shared with the trailing bits, which mp4ff tracks via PayloadHasTrailingBits) and resolves the deferred reference validation as the #49 verdict.

mp4ff audit (#48): kept as the point-in-time v0.54.0 audit that #50 was decided on, with an outcome table mapping each gap to what closed it in v0.55.0. Superseded table rows and sections are marked rather than deleted. Section E is retargeted: the NAL helpers it names moved to carriage and are exported, SampleNALUs/PrefixNALUs need no AV1 twins because mp4ff supplies both halves of the OBU framing, and the SampleInfo decode-order concern does not apply to AV1 at all.

Symbol names in both are updated for the v0.55.0 CEA-608 to CTA-608 rename, and every cited identifier was checked to exist.
