Release v0.9.0 — Desynchronized Interlocked Barrier Edition

Introduce the Desynchronized Interlocked Barrier (Desync) across the ITB
symmetric construction, eliminating the single-offset spatial anchor in
each container region (Layer I, domain tag 0x05) and breaking cross-lane
chunk-slot co-indexing across the three Interlocked Barrier lanes before
COBS framing (Layer II, domain tag 0x06). Physical starting pixels no
longer bind directly to co-indexed Rank Barrier plaintext chunks,
rendering local cross-region SAT/SMT/algebraic constraint graphs
uninstantiable even under oracle disclosure of initial pixels or partial
seeds, with zero wire-size overhead and 270 machine-checked Lean 4
theorems (40 new in lean/ITB/Desync.lean; zero axioms).

BREAKING CHANGES: Desync is enabled by default for all encryption and
decryption entry points. Ciphertexts produced with Desync enabled are
wire-incompatible with synchronous ciphertexts produced by v0.8.5 and
earlier releases. The session-blob format, shipped profiles, public Go
API, C ABI, and all 33 language binding call sites remain unchanged.

COMPATIBILITY MODE: Synchronous barrier behavior (v0.8.5 wire format)
remains available for ciphertext conversion and cryptanalytic research
via the environment variable ITB_BARRIERS_DESYNC=off (accepted aliases:
0, false, no, disable, disabled) or the CLI flag --desync off in
cmd/itb3 encrypt, decrypt, and verify. Disabling Desync is intended
strictly for synchronous wire conversion and cryptanalytic evaluation
and must not be used in production deployments.

DOCUMENTATION & SCRIPTS NOTICE: Parts of the documentation and
standalone cryptanalytic / diagnostic scripts under scripts/ do not yet
reflect or interoperate with the Desynchronized Interlocked Barrier by
default (or require ITB_BARRIERS_DESYNC=off); full synchronization across
all documentation and scripts/ will be completed in upcoming releases.
