Release v0.8.5 — Interlocked Barrier Edition

Final release of the classic Interlocked Barrier Edition of the ITB
symmetric construction with Ambiguity-Based Security. Complete the
documentation, formal verification, post-quantum analysis, and 168-bit
Interlock benchmark baseline for the v0.8 series, and synchronize version
metadata across all 78 manifest sites.

ROADMAP NOTICE: The upcoming v0.9.0 release will introduce the
Desynchronized Interlocked Barrier Edition — featuring the final planned
wire-format evolution with invisible sub-region and cross-lane slot
desynchronization controlled by a new configurable Desync option (enabled
by default, with a compatibility toggle for cryptanalysis research).

NO BREAKING CHANGES: The wire format, session-blob format, shipped
profiles, and all existing Go API, C ABI, and 33 language binding call
sites remain 100% backward-compatible.

1. Documentation, post-quantum security analysis, Lean 4 formal
   verification suite, and 168-bit Interlock benchmarks (POSTQUANTUM.md,
   PROOFS.md, SCIENCE.md, BENCH3.md, APPS.md, ITB.md, SECURITY.md,
   HWTHREATS.md, KERNELS.md, REDTEAM.md, HARNESS.md, FAQ.md, README.md,
   lean/, */CONSTRUCTIONS.md, */README.md)
   Add POSTQUANTUM.md and the zero-axiom Lean 4 formal verification
   package (230 machine-checked theorems across lean/ITB/ and lean/Apps/),
   record 168-bit Interlock throughput across AMD EPYC 9655P, AWS
   Graviton4, and Intel i7-11700K in BENCH3.md, refine adaptive early-stop
   CCA query expectations (35/8 = 4.375 queries/pixel), and synchronize
   bibliographic references across all documentation files.

2. Version synchronization across Go core, C shared library, CLI, and 33
   language bindings (VERSION, cmd/cshared/main.go, tools/eitb/main.go,
   bindings/*/)
   Bump version from 0.8.4 to 0.8.5 across all 78 manifest sites in 74
   files and VERSION, and refresh Ed25519-signed SHA256SUMS manifests.
