fix(typegen): emit nonisolated Columns extensions for computed fields and relationships (#1748)

On Swift 6.2 and 6.3, an app module built with `.defaultIsolation(MainActor.self)`
made the generated `extension X.Columns` properties main-actor isolated. The
nonisolated `@SelectionOf` expansion and the typed query API read them, so a
selection with `@Relationship(computed:)` failed to compile.

Typegen now writes `nonisolated extension X.Columns`, matching what the
`@Relationship(computed:)` docs tell users to write by hand.
`SupabaseTypegenPostgrestTypegenOutputTests` and
`SupabaseTypegenHostileOutputTests` now build with default MainActor isolation
and `InferIsolatedConformances`, and the first one adds a selection with
foreign-key and computed embeds plus a generated function call.
