* fix(date-picker, date-range-picker): let the dialog run the close in dialog mode

- In dialog mode, the pickers now fade the dialog in and out. igcOpened
  and igcClosed come after the animation ends, and open stays true
  during the exit.
- A canceled igcClosing of the picker keeps the dialog open, also on an
  outside click.
- During the exit, the calendar and the predefined ranges ignore a
  selection. show(), or open set to false and then true, keeps the
  picker open. open = false closes the dialog at once.
- Toggle controller: a synchronous transition result skips the await,
  so the dropdown mode keeps its timing. The combo box base exposes the
  transition hook and an _isClosing getter.
- Specs, spec.md files and CHANGELOG.

* fix: handle canceled dialog close and outside click behavior in date picker and date range picker

* fix(date-picker, date-range-picker, dialog): keep the dialog in step with interrupted transitions

- Pickers: open set to false and then to true during the entrance keeps
  the dialog open. The picker checks the dialog after the render.
- Range picker: Done and Cancel do nothing during the exit. Escape
  restores the range when the close starts, so a reopen during the exit
  keeps that range.
- Dialog: a hide() in the same task as show() closes the dialog at once,
  so the pickers no longer show a modal dialog for a moment.
- Simplify the dialog transition of the pickers and trim the comments.
- The picker spec files run with reduced motion, except the dialog
  transition specs.

* fix(date-range-picker): ignore Escape while a close runs

- Escape and Alt+ArrowUp do nothing during the exit of the dialog, as
  Done and Cancel. Before, they reverted the range that hide() keeps.
- spec.md: only an outside click commits after the close goes on.
- Specs, spec.md and CHANGELOG.
