* fix(select, dropdown, highlight): keep the active item and match across renders

- Dropdown, select: setting `selected` on an item changes `active` only
  when the value changes, so a framework that sets each property on
  each render keeps the keyboard position. The initial selection
  clears a markup `active` itself. getItems uses querySelectorAll.
- Highlight: a searchText or caseSensitive set before the first render
  searches at once. The component searches again when its content
  changes and keeps the active match at the same node and offset. The
  matches are static ranges, and search() drops pending content changes.
- coercedProperty follows a custom hasChanged of the property options.
- Remove the unused filter option of iterNodes.
- Specs, spec.md files, CHANGELOG and the SettingsSearch story.
