test(jest): ignore the directories the build scripts generate

`npm run package` copies the package into `.release`, so after a local build
Jest indexed two packages with the same name and reported a haste module
naming collision. The duplicate manifest is not test code, the tests still
import through relative paths, and the warning disappeared only once
`.release` was deleted by hand.

Ignore `.release`, `.publish` and `dist` while collecting tests.
