refactor(compress,zip): drop Eq from codec errors

Derived equality on `XError(Kind, String)` compares the message text,
so rewording a message would change what `==` returns. Most core errors
don't implement Eq, and adding it after 1.0 is non-breaking while
removing it isn't. Callers match on the kind, which keeps Eq.

Remove Eq from ZipError, InflateError, GzipError and ZlibError, with the
`equal` promotion and the deprecated `not_equal`. The Eq tests now
match on the kind instead.
