* Extend schema of JobGroups and add JobGroupParents

Required to implement further features mainly regarding
cleanup and grouping.

* Show all JobGroup details in /admin/groups

* Add editor for job group properties

* Improve admin test

* Remove out-commented code
* Remove all sleep; use wait_for_ajax instead
* Use subtests

* Test job group property editor

* Add test for job groups API
