t: Add 'Test::Warnings' where missing; Catch all warnings in tests again (#931)

* t: Add 'Test::Warnings' where missing

Guys, please be careful to always use 'Test::Warnings' in tests
and don't let any warning slip through!

t/17-build_tagging.t should also have 'Test::Warnings'
but currently has a warning that I don't know how to fix.

* Makefile: Raise coverage to current level

* t: Fix typo 'grabed'

* t: Catch stderr in 04-scheduler not to spill on console

* Catch warnings in more tests again

No ugly spilling of warnings on output is preferred.
