Add the H(grad curl) Sobolev space (#547)

* Add the H(grad curl) Sobolev space

HGradCurl is the space of H(curl) functions whose curl is in H1, the
natural space of the Stokes complex H1 -> H(grad curl) -> H1 -> L2. It
contains H1Curl and is contained in HCurl, and it is not comparable to H1.

* Treat H(grad curl) like H(curl) in exterior_derivative

In the complex H1 -> H(grad curl) -> H1 -> L2, the exterior derivative of
an H(grad curl) element is the curl, but exterior_derivative raised
"Unable to determine exterior_derivative". The new test is the first to
exercise the domain lookup of exterior_derivative, so the lookup now uses
extract_unique_domain instead of the deprecated Expr.ufl_domain().

* Complete exterior_derivative for the smooth de Rham spaces

exterior_derivative raised for H2, H1Curl and H1Div. H2 now uses grad,
H1Curl uses curl and H1Div uses div, which are the operators of the
complexes that contain these spaces.

L2 ends the complex, so its exterior derivative is now zero instead of
the identity, which did not satisfy d(d(u)) = 0.
