feat(builtin): attach unused view intrinsics to their functions

The compiler defines unsafe_view, unsafe_mut_view and view_opt
intrinsics that core never referenced. Use them instead of letting
them go dead:

- annotate the seven unsafe_view functions (Array, ArrayView,
  FixedArray, ReadOnlyArray, MutArrayView, Bytes, BytesView), so calls
  are inlined as unchecked views
- annotate the eight get_view functions with the matching *.view_opt
  intrinsics
- add Array, FixedArray and MutArrayView::unsafe_mut_view, the unchecked
  counterparts of mut_view, with their intrinsics and tests
