* test(github): add unit tests for GitHub provider manager methods

Adds comprehensive unit test coverage for the GitHub provider manager in internal/providers/github/manager/:
- TestNewGitHubProviderClassManager: validates initialization of provider class manager
- TestGetSupportedClasses: asserts supported classes (ProviderClassGithubApp, ProviderClassGithub)
- TestGetProviderClassInfo: tests valid class returns and error paths for unsupported classes
- TestNewOAuthConfig: tests web flow, cli flow, GitHub App config, endpoint overrides, missing client ID/secret file errors, and unsupported classes
- TestMarshallConfig: tests valid marshaling for oauth and app configs, malformed JSON inputs, and unsupported classes
- TestValidateCredentials: tests non-OAuth credential rejection, empty remote user skip, successful token identity verification, and verification failure returns
- TestBuild_ValidationErrors: tests unsupported class and version errors
- TestBuild_OAuthAndAppFlows: tests client construction for OAuth (with cache check, missing token, fallback legacy token, decryption failure, and no secret error) and GitHub App (successful build with private key, empty credential on missing installation, and installation lookup failure)
- TestDelete: tests credential state unset (installation-only deletion), credential lookup error, entity deregistration flow with client, and installation deletion error
- TestGetWebhookHandler: asserts non-nil webhook handler construction

* test(github): fix linter issues in manager unit tests

Add t.Helper() calls to test helper functions (thelper) and use t.Cleanup instead of defer for gomock controller cleanup (tparallel).
