Field profile: branded font, own terminology and quick capture icon grid

- branding.font: font files in the project replace the app font
- terms: words of the app interface replaced with the organisation's own
  terminology (e.g. Projects -> Missions), in any app language
- quick capture types shown as a grid of large icons drawn from the layer's
  map symbols (or an icon image from the project); "view": "list" keeps
  the list
