test: make temporary paths and RC layout checks portable

Use pytest-managed temporary directories for template import acceptance
tests instead of shared, fixed /tmp paths. This avoids collisions between
runs and lets pytest select the appropriate temporary location.

Check RC preview layout using coordinates relative to parent widgets.
Windows can report stale screen coordinates for widgets under a
withdrawn Tk root, causing valid layouts to fail the test.
