test(dockerhub): add unit tests for Docker Hub provider and manager methods (#7047)

Adds comprehensive unit test coverage for the Docker Hub provider in internal/providers/dockerhub/:
- TestNew: verifies construction with credentials, namespace binding, and target URL derivation
- TestParseV1Config & TestMarshalV1Config: validates json schema unmarshaling and protobuf namespace validation failure paths
- TestCanImplement: asserts supported traits (ImageLister, OCI) vs unsupported traits
- TestListImages: verifies HTTP mock responses for container names, empty list, 401 unauthorized, 404 not found, unexpected 500 status codes, malformed JSON decoding errors, and canceled context handling
- TestProviderLifecycleMethods: tests CreationOptions, RegisterEntity, DeregisterEntity, and FetchProperty
- TestProviderClassManager: tests GetSupportedClasses, GetProviderClassInfo, Delete, and MarshallConfig
