Add content_padding(:no_panels) to all three search/show.rb pages

Locations, Names, and Observations search#show all render just the
bare Help fragment with no panel wrapper, under the same index/show
:panels default that left the help text flush against the container
edge.

Also fix a test broken by the earlier wrapper: false change to
Views::Controllers::Versions::Previous: the panel-body div it
asserted on no longer renders, so assert on the versions table
itself (already carries an identifying table-versions class via
Table's identifier: kwarg) instead.
