test(dnd): make the touch drag tests deterministic

The tests pressed on the middle of a block, which is a child (so the
wrong thing was dragged whenever the layout shifted as fonts loaded),
and released after a blind sleep. Now they wait for the layout to settle,
press just inside the block's left edge, wait for body.cmb-dragging
before moving the finger, and wait for the drop target's over state
before releasing. The insertion-gap test asserts where the block went.
No change to src/dnd.ts was needed.
