* Document paired engines with different exactness guarantees

An engine author may be able to keep some kernels bit-identical to the
reference implementation but not others.  Recommend shipping both as
named engines, the expanded one inheriting from the exact one, rather
than attaching the guarantee to a build or configuration setting.

* Apply suggestion from @garrison

* Use "bit-identical" consistently in the exactness guarantee section

The section described one property three ways: "bit-for-bit", "bit-identical",
and "stays exact".  Settle on "bit-identical" throughout, and rename the
example engine from "fast-exact" to "fast-bitwise".

"exact" overstates what a floating-point kernel can promise: it reads as
agreement with the mathematical answer rather than with the reference
implementation.  "bit-identical" names the checkable property.

In the engine name, "-bitwise" reads as a word rather than an abbreviation,
and the surrounding name forecloses the bit-operator reading that makes
"bitwise" ambiguous on its own.
