* feat(auth)!: sign-up and sign-in verbs with named results, userMetadata, and IDTokenCredentials

BREAKING CHANGE: signUp returns SignUpResult and takes SignUpOptions; data: is userMetadata:;
OpenIDConnectCredentials is IDTokenCredentials; signInWithIdToken(credentials:) is
signInWithIDToken(_:); AuthMetaSecurity is internal. See docs/migrations/v3/Auth.md.

* fix(auth): omit empty userMetadata from the updateUser request body

* chore(auth): declare the new sign-up and ID token types in sdk-compliance.yaml

* test(auth): discard the signUp result in two request snapshot tests

* refactor(auth): make Nonce a Sendable, Hashable struct with raw and hashed

* chore(skills): use signUp(email:password:options:) in the verify auth journey
