Report defaults of associated types that refer to each other (#299)

* Test that defaults of associated types that refer to each other don't loop

The checker turns them into the error type for now, without a
diagnostic (#298).

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* Report defaults of associated types that refer to each other

A default like the ones of `type A = B; type B = A;` in a class now gets
the same `refers to itself` error as a type alias that does this, on the
class's associated type. An impl that gives one of them still breaks the
cycle, so the defaults themselves are left as they are.

Fixes #298

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* Show recursive defaults of associated types in the checker tests
