test(random): give jsdom lines a height; seed 1004 was a harness artifact

jsdom reports every element as 0 pixels tall, so CodeMirror treated every
line as the same height with only the last on screen, drew just the last ten
lines, and could not redraw a line above them after a change. Typing at the
top of a document taller than ten lines moved a block's container into a new
widget that stayed out of the page until a later refresh, after the effects
that restore focus had run, leaving focus on the body.

The random runs now mock a 20px height for CodeMirror's line elements, so the
whole document is drawn as in a browser. That makes the earlier excuse for
focus parked on the placeholder while the focused block was undrawn
unnecessary, so it is removed. The shrunk seed 1004 sequence is replayed as a
regression case (it fails without the heights). Fresh ranges from seeds 500,
1000, 2000 and 3000 (240 sequences of 30 steps) all pass.
