Improved logging in end2end tests (#2312)

Details:

* Renamed the zhmc_logger fixture to test_logger, for consistency with
  the ibm_zhmc collection.

* Improved the test_logger fixture to also log test function entry and exit
  automatically, even when the fixture is not used, by setting autouse=True.

* Changed most print() calls to use logging to the test_logger instead.

* Made the logger setup consistent with the ibm.ibm_zhmc collection.

* Changed the name of the test logger from the test function name to a fixed
  name 'test.end2end' for easier detection in the log file. Since there is
  now automatic entry/exit logging for each test function, using a fixed
  name does not loose any information in the log file.
