perf: keep Deque::realloc and Buffer::grow out of line

Same pattern as Array::realloc and StringBuilder::grow. In a program that
only appends through one entry point (`push_back`, `write_byte`), the grow
helper has a single caller, so clang folds it in and the entry then costs
2070 / 995 against a threshold of 225. Once that entry has two call sites
it is no longer inlined anywhere: a push_back loop takes 21.6 us instead
of 8.3 us, and a write_byte loop 20.3 us instead of 4.5 us.
