* Remember graph date ranges across sensor and asset pages

* Forget the remembered graph date range when the session is cleared

The graphs now remember their date range in the browser,
which clear_session cannot reach, so the dashboard removes it when asked to clear the session.

* Let the error page's clear-session link reach the dashboard

The root view redirects without the query string,
so the link to /?clear-session=1 never cleared the session.
