feat: cassettes expire after max_age

Replaying a cassette recorded longer ago than max_age raises
CassetteExpiredError before the agent runs, or warns with on_expired=warn.
The limit comes from cassette(max_age=...), --cassette-max-age, or the
agentverify_cassette_max_age ini setting. pytest --cassette-report lists the
cassettes next to the collected tests with their recording date, model, and
expiry, without running the tests. Requested from Yamabiko (AV-1).
