docs(signals): clarify D-22, D-25, D-26, D-27 and the Lane vocabulary from the reader-seat rulings review

Eight questions the reader-seat carve design raised as rulings were read
against the fundamentals one at a time. Six were already ruled and the
code or a doc gloss had drifted; two were decided today. The text now
says so where the next reader will look:

- D-22: a first landing a hold carries is a produced value — latest()
returns it, the plain read still throws (R8; S-45 added). latest() of a
this-flush staging is the frame's read and opens no hold; the pass
re-derives once if the flush parks (R5, #4365).
- D-25: a probe decides the pass's posture in either read order (A10),
unless the pass is the hold's own work — born in its world or re-run by
its write (R1). A pass reading two holds' display-ahead values is one
reveal unit of both (R4, #3335).
- D-26: inside a lane, "sees the parent's landings" is computing (D-1),
not showing; lane work displays the screen plus the lane's own values,
in a verdict lane as in an optimistic one (R7). A15 #3460 carries a
  dated note pointing here.
- D-27: why a verdict mount is mainline and an optimistic one is not — a
guess is slot-level, latest() is read-level; a plain read is never
display-ahead; a mount is gated by the read, not derived from it. The
Lane vocabulary entry says the same. Content wanting the held value
  reads latest(x) there.

F-6 (d1b938d3c) and F-1 (40cde2cd6) were amended earlier today for R2
and R3. D-27 stands unchanged.
