Test a type-encoding round trip on the test dylib (#178)

Add echo methods to Car in testlib.m and round-trip a Python value through
each encoding the bridge converts, in tests/test_type_round_trip.py:

- scalars: char, short, int, long, long long, their unsigned variants,
  float, double and BOOL
- char * from both bytes and str
- id (including nil), SEL, and Class as an argument
- pointers: int *, and NSRange * including NULL
- a struct by value whose name is not registered ({pyobjus_size=ii})

Also check that calling with too few arguments raises ObjcException.

A missed conversion now fails in CI on both arm64 and x86_64. Nested
structs, unions, CGRect and C arrays are already covered by their own
test files. A Class return value is not echoed, because pyobjus still
returns the metaclass.
