Gerold103core: use full synchronization on macOS On macOS, fsync() flushes data to the drive without requesting a flush of its write cache. Xlog close paths and cooperative fsync/fdatasync calls therefore do not ensure that data reaches permanent storage. The macOS fsync(2) manual documents the stronger guarantee: > The F_FULLFSYNC fcntl asks the drive to flush all buffered data to > permanent storage. This patch uses F_FULLFSYNC for synchronous and asynchronous xlog synchronization and for fio.fsync() and fio.fdatasync() on macOS. Part of #13330 NO_DOC=bugfix (cherry picked from commit fa7bc67fa)
