* fix(dominance): honor palette order regardless of hex case

getMostDominantPrimaryColor looked up each candidate's dominance with
colors.indexOf(dominantColor). The candidate keys come from Color(hex).hex(),
which is always uppercase 6-digit hex, while callers such as splashy pass
lowercase hex. Every lookup missed, getColorDominance scored every miss as 1
(the score for the first color), and the caller's palette order stopped
affecting which background wins.

Normalize the caller's palette with the same Color(...).hex() before the
lookup, so both sides of indexOf use one canonical form.

* fix(dominance): dedupe equivalent spellings before pairing

Canonical hex is the pair key, so lowercase and shorthand palettes were
all scored as first. One spelling shares one pair list, and a repeated
entry still counts toward the dominance length.
