Pass whole records to ungrouped aggregators without a value selector (#770)

Iterating `aggregate(table, key=None, aggregation=list)` raises
`FieldSelectionError` because the omitted `value` is passed to
`values()` as a field selector. Grouped aggregation already passes
complete records when `value=None`.

Pass an iterator of records to the ungrouped aggregator in this case,
preserving named-field access and single-pass inputs. Document this
behavior in the docstring and changelog.
