Commit Message

refactor(path): consolidate Path and support / joins (#4523)

Keep one public Path type with internal POSIX and Windows string operations. Add / chaining through Div, with the named div method deprecated and doc-hidden.

Preserve path behavior and adapt platform fixtures and consumer tests to the new package structure.
