* Leave shared sources of superseded generator versions unowned instead of splitting them

Migration c5e1a7b94d20 split every data source shared by several organisations,
rewriting the source of every belief the other organisations recorded under it.
On a long-running installation most beliefs sit under older scheduler versions,
so the split rewrote a large part of timed_belief in one transaction, slowly enough to be killed.

Nothing records under an older version of a generator again, as a generator looks its source up by its current version,
so such a source is now left belonging to no organisation, and no longer stops the upgrade.
A host can still have one split by naming the organisation that keeps its id with -x keep-source.
