refactor: identify sessions by id when committing messages (#130)

`commit_decapsulate` checks that the session in a slot is still the one
a message was decrypted with. That check now compares a per-insert
session id that `Decrypted` carries instead of a copy of the session
key, so `Decrypted` no longer carries a key and the constant-time key
comparison is not needed. This is a prerequisite for decrypting several
messages under one copy of the key.
