RnpCrypto: blanks only in fingerprints, a clear error for an unusable key (#2052)

The two leftovers from nogeenhenk's re-check of #2048:

- Blanks were dropped from any hex recipient, so "dead beef" (a user
  ID) was looked up as the short key ID DEADBEEF. As in gpg, blanks
  between groups are now allowed in a 40- or 64-digit fingerprint only;
  a key ID with a blank in it is a user ID.
- A key named by fingerprint or long key ID that cannot be encrypted to
  (expired, revoked, or no valid encryption subkey) went on to RNP and
  failed there with a generic error. It is now refused up front with
  "The key ... cannot be encrypted to", naming why it may be.

Tests: blanksOnlyInAFingerprint and anExactlyNamedUnusableKeySaysWhy.
20/20, also under ASan and UBSan.
