* Android: build without SingleApplication, link the ABI-suffixed library

Step 1 of #2005. Two qmake changes make QtPass build and start on
Android, as the android-probe experiment showed:

- qtpass.pri turns on nosingleapp on Android. Android forbids System V
  shared memory: QSharedMemory in SingleApplication's constructor died
  with SIGSYS (seccomp, shmget) at launch. An Android app runs as one
  instance anyway.
- main.pro links libqtpass_<ABI>.a on Android, the name Android's qmake
  gives the static library in src/; the probe had to copy it.

A new Android workflow builds src and main for arm64-v8a with Qt 6.11
and packages a debug APK, on changes to the build setup or the code, so
the Android build cannot silently break again. Desktop builds are
unchanged: same link line, single-instance still on.

* Android workflow: compile against API 36, drop the autodesktop input

Qt 6.11 pulls in androidx.core 1.17.0, which needs compileSdk 36; Gradle's checkDebugAarMetadata failed against android-35. install-qt-action v4 has no autodesktop input; it installs the desktop Qt with the Android kit by itself.
