storagecapabilities: add KubeVirt CSI driver (csi.kubevirt.io)

CDI had no entry for csi.kubevirt.io, so StorageClasses in clusters that
run on KubeVirt VMs got an empty StorageProfile and every DataVolume that
relies on it stayed pending with ErrClaimNotValid.

The driver hotplugs an infra-cluster DataVolume as a disk and never sets
its volume mode, only RWX when the tenant asks for RWX. So tenant RWO block
and RWO filesystem work with any infra StorageClass; tested on a
filesystem-only infra class (CephFS) and an RBD one. Tenant RWX block, which
VM live migration needs, only works when the infra class supports RWX
block: on CephFS the second VM's hotplug failed and the first VM paused on
I/O errors. The driver rejects RWX filesystem.

The tenant cannot see the infra class, so ship the RWO entries by default
and let whoever creates the tenant StorageClass opt in to RWX block with
the rwxBlock parameter, the same way io.openebs.csi-mayastor does. The
driver ignores parameters it does not use.
