[1.8] Backports for 1.8.4: no controlling terminal for children, GNOME icon (#2040)

Backport of #2016 (Executor: child processes start in a new session, so git and ssh cannot prompt on QtPass's terminal and stall the queue; Qt 6.7+ only, older builds unchanged) and #1975 (qtpass.desktop: StartupWMClass=org.ijhack.qtpass for the GNOME icon).
