fix(sdk): EIP-712 type encoding and fixed-size array parameters (#524)

* fix(sdk): EIP-712 types: nested arrays, all integer widths, bigint chainId, declared domain

- parseType splits off the outermost array dimension (T[2][] is an array of T[2])
- uint<M>/int<M> for every M that is a multiple of 8 are atomic
- typesForDomain keeps a bigint chainId
- a declared EIP712Domain sets the domain fields
- recursive types are rejected instead of expanded forever

* fix(sdk): describe fixed-size arrays as tuples

The ABI encodes T[k] like the tuple (T, ..., T), not as a length-prefixed
array. matches, eq and describeStructure now give T[k] a Tuple with k
children; every and some only accept T[].
