fix: resolve nested variable references with ParseVar (#110)

A value referencing another key that itself contains a reference was
only expanded one level, so 'full = %(base)s!' with
'base = %(name)s-x' returned the literal '%(name)s-x!'. Resolve the
referenced value recursively, limited to 10 levels so circular
references still terminate.
