fix(server): apply documented zero-value config defaults in New

Config.MaxFileSize and Config.SessionTTL documented 0 as the default
(1MB, 168h), but nothing applied it. With files enabled and size 0 the
body limit was 0 and every POST got 413, and with TTL 0 every session
expired at once. The CLI always passes both from main.go, so it is
unaffected.
