Commit Message

refactor: remove unused MakeFileMessage

MakeFileMessage had no production caller. UI uploads are encrypted in
the browser and stored as regular messages, and the API has no file
upload endpoint. Stored server-encrypted file messages stay readable,
and server tests build them with a helper.

README now says file upload is web UI only and adds allow_no_pin to the
params example.
