Fix tab bar indicator motion, axis handling and expand scale

- IOSBaseTabBar: fix liquid indicator clamping for vertical tab bar
  by swapping min/max limits (top tab has the largest y), so the
  spring no longer stalls on the first/last item. Guard against
  degenerate min > max ranges.
- IOSBaseTabBar: use uniform coordinate space for spring target and
  clamping to avoid the indicator freezing at a wrong position when
  the last tab is selected.
- IOSBaseTabBar: add `indicator_scale` NumericProperty (default 1.45)
  to control the expanded magnification of the glass indicator
  instead of the hardcoded 1.25 value
