feat(tab): implement liquid drop spring physics and dynamic GLSL wobble for tab indicator

- Add customizable `stiffness`, `damping`, and `bleed` properties with documentation
- Implement spring-based inertial animation with controlled edge overshoot bounds
- Add GLSL shader uniforms `u_wobble` and `u_velocity` for fluid teardrop deformation
