ci: D-Bus interface tests, coverage artifact, MSRV tests and a release smoke test (#93)

* test(daemon): cover the D-Bus interfaces over a peer-to-peer connection

dbus_server.rs is the daemon's only input surface and had no tests; the
round trips in tests/integration need a running daemon and are ignored.

The three interfaces are served on a zbus p2p connection over a
UnixStream pair, with the pipeline as an mpsc receiver, so no bus,
GStreamer or camera is involved. The tests check that bad input is
rejected before anything is saved or sent, that changes are clamped,
saved and applied, the Start/Stop/SetBypass no-op cases and their
signals, that a dead pipeline worker comes back as Failed, and that the
served interfaces match data/dbus/*.xml, which the GUI and CLI generate
their proxies from.

DaemonState gets a config_path so the tests save to a temp dir instead
of setting XDG_CONFIG_HOME for the whole test process.

* ci: shellcheck every script, build MSRV tests, smoke-test the release bundle

- coverage: cargo-llvm-cov from taiki-e/install-action instead of a
  cargo install each run, lcov.info uploaded as an artifact, and
  bench.rs (the --bench-video harness) left out of the figure
- msrv: `cargo +1.92 test --no-run`, so tests and dev-dependencies have
  to build on 1.92 too
- install: shellcheck all of scripts/, check install.sh refuses an
  unwritable prefix before building, and install twice over the same
  prefix to cover the upgrade path
- release-bundle: build release.yml's git archive bundle with a made-up
  tag, build the CLI from it and check --version reports the tag
- models.yml also runs on daemon/src/pipeline changes, which call the
  inference code

bench-video.sh passes its arguments as an array so shellcheck is clean.

* test(daemon): enable zbus p2p for the interface tests and lock dev-deps

The peer-to-peer builder and Guid::generate sit behind zbus's p2p
feature. Cargo.lock had no entries for the new dev-dependencies, so the... (continued)
