Test the Django view on Django 6 and declare the supported range

The dev group pinned django<6, so CI never ran the view on Django 6, and the
package declared no Django requirement at all. Django moves out of dev into
two conflicting groups, django5 (the default, so uv sync and make behave as
before) and django6, and the lock pins both 5.2.18 and 6.1.2. The test
matrix gains a django axis: 5 on Python 3.11 to 3.15 and 6 on 3.12 to 3.15,
since Django 6 requires 3.12. A django extra declares django>=5.2,<7, and the
README and CONTRIBUTING document it.

make runs uv run, which syncs back to the default groups, so the matrix job
sets UV_NO_SYNC after installing the chosen group; without it the resync put
Django 5.2.18 back, while uv sync itself ignores the variable. With the
django6 group the suite passes on Python 3.12 and 3.15 with Django 6.1.2 at
100% coverage. The only required check is finish, so renaming the matrix
jobs does not affect branch protection.
