Lint Python live tests with ruff (#866)

We replace pylint with ruff in the Python live tests and fast checks,
and lint the generated tests as well, not only the module. The default
rule set of ruff clashes with the style of the generated code (*e.g.*,
PEP 585 annotations), so we select the families pointing to bugs and
smells, and ignore the rules which only flag the code transpiled from
the meta-model (*e.g.*, ``not (x in y)`` or ``range(0, n)``).

We fix the generator where ruff found genuine issues. For example,
``assert_never`` used ``assert False``, which ``python -O`` strips:

    raise AssertionError(
        f"Unhandled value: {value} ({type(value).__name__})"
    )

Further fixes include ``raise ... from None`` instead of disabling
pylint, a bare ``raise`` when re-raising, ``tmp_path`` instead of
overwriting the loop variable ``path``, ``assertSequenceEqual`` instead
of a blanket ``# type: ignore``, and renaming the test module to
``test_for_over_x_or_empty.py``.
