Lua hot reload: positions sort as numbers; a class's changed supertypes reload (#1564)

* Lua hot reload: positions sort as numbers; a class's changed supertypes are assigned again (work in progress)

ImTranslator.getSortKey and TypeId compared source positions as text, so line 12 sorted before line 9 and an edit
which shifted closures across a 9/10, 99/100 or 999/1000 line boundary swapped their names, which hot reload refused
as a move. The payload now also assigns a class's changed __wurst_supertypes table again, as it binds slots again.

Work in progress: LuaHotReloadTests passes (133 tests); the emitted-order and determinism test classes have not been run.
