feat(install): `rman install` / `rman i` - install with the repository's own package manager

One install at the repository root, with nothing deleted first - `ci` without the
wipe. The package manager is resolved as for `ci` and `publish`: --package-manager,
.rmanrc "packageManager.node", the lockfile, npm.

Flags npm and pnpm share are spelled once and translated per tool from one table,
each spelling read off that tool's own `install --help` (npm 11.12.1, pnpm 12.10.1,
bun 1.4.2, yarn 3.4.1): --frozen-lockfile, --prod, --ignore-scripts, --lockfile-only,
--offline, --prefer-offline, --dry-run, --registry. Anything else goes after --.
A flag a tool has no spelling of is refused before anything runs.
--frozen-lockfile is `npm ci` under npm; yarn takes --frozen-lockfile alone.
