fix: keep line-ending colons in stream-json assistant text

stream-json stripped one trailing colon from every line of assistant text, so
YAML keys, Python block headers and prose reached consumers altered, in both
the message events and the final result. Ralphex parses its plan draft from
this text, so the draft under review lost those colons too. Text and json modes
kept the raw text, and native `claude -p` does not trim either.

progress preambles such as `Committing:` show their colon again, same as with
native Claude.
